In an ideal world, there would be no need for a Conscious Leadership and Ethics Summit. However, we do not live in an ideal world. Against the backdrop of the staggering global headlines of chaos, crisis, confused anxieties and the pandemic, the world’s leadership is looking rather bleak at the moment. That’s not all, we are also caught up in the throes of paralytic inaction and the inexplicable lack of accountability at home, while fighting our way back from the captured swamps that had scarred our nation’s reputation. This is the context of the 2022 Conscious Leadership and Ethics Summit, designed as a transformative force for a new kind of conscious and ethical leader, the country has yet to see.

Just do the right thing. The Conscious Leadership and Ethics Summit plays a transformational role in the creation of a more conscious less violent and more harmonious society. It garners some of the world’s most brilliant minds to share their leadership strategies, experiences and insights on consciousness, ethics, morality and the transformation of business and society. Local and international leaders contribute to the conversation and analysis of the environment carving a way forward to shape the human experience. Thought Leaders, Captains of Industry and executives are invited to write to the President and map a way forward for business to play a greater role to effect attitudinal and behavioural change of the nation’s leadership and citizenry. A Strategic Paper with the outcome of the Summit is sent to him.

This is a quarterly initiative designed to create a collective understanding of conscious and ethical leadership actions and its impact. The panel discussions of highly influential leaders and captains of industry hope to give rise to a stream of consciousness that would initiate an intense dialogue within the corporate and public sector space. What sets these dialogues apart is that it is an opportunity for leadership to deepen the conversations in building conscious leadership capacity as well as to create a holistic, kinder business environment and influence others to tackle greater societal issues.
